How to register?
When do I get to download my purchase?
You can download your purchases immediately! As soon as you purchase a product, you will receive an email notification with the link to the product.
Do I have to pay for a Seller account?
We want to create a greater impact and help as many teachers as possible, which is why we have put together two different accounts (for now!) to meet the needs of as many teachers as possible.
Basic Seller accounts are free of charge, there is no registration, set up, or membership fee required. We only charge our service fees once you start selling your resources (up to 80% payouts).
Influencer Accounts come with an additional value, which requires a monthly subscription charge of 29.90 AED/month but you can benefit from Edufikra reduced service charges (up to 90% payouts).

Is there a limit to the number of files?
Not at all! You can enjoy unlimited downloads and uploads on Edufikra. The number of products uploaded by vendors is also unlimited.
How long will my products and accounts be available?
Unless deleted by the owner, Edufikra will only delete a product or an account if it violates our policies, so your products and accounts are safe with us!
All material uploaded by any of our vendors will be available indefinitely unless deleted by the vendor. Your purchases will not be deleted; however, we recommend downloading the product as soon as possible to avoid file loss.
If I issue a discount code, how will Edufikra’s commission be applied?
Edufikra’s commission is fixed and will be applied to the full product price without the discount. The discount code will only apply to the Seller’s payout.
How do I create a Seller account?
It’s a simple process that can be done in three easy steps, you can visit the Seller dashboard, register for a Seller account by filling the form, and sign the Seller agreement.
Once you’ve completed those steps, you’re ready to go!
What is the currency used?
We operate using the United Arab Emirates Dirham (AED) but under each product, there is a currency switch to show the product’s price in USD ($) or Euro.
What should I do if there was an error when uploading files?

What is the max file size to upload?
As of now, the maximum file size is 256MB, but keep an eye out for when we increase it in the future!
When will I get my payment?
Ensuring that everything is done accordingly will take a little bit of time, we try our best to transfer the payout payments within a maximum of 21 days starting from the last day of each month. Durations for receiving payments may vary depending on your bank’s (or PayPal) payment processing time.
What if the File is too large?
If the file is too large, you can split it into multiple files uploaded to the site separately under the same product entry. Yet, we are always trying to enhance our services and are looking for ways to increase the size of the attachments that can be uploaded, so be on the lookout for an update!

What are the types of files that can be uploaded/downloaded from the platform?

Can I request for an exchange / refund?
Unfortunately, once you purchase a product, it is owned by you, which is why we are unable to refund or exchange it. However, we suggest that you contact the seller directly if you have any comments on the product. Refunds are only applicable if the files are unopenable.
